Shipping policy

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order Processing Times

Custom Magnet Orders: 2–3 business days to process before shipping.

Need it by a specific date or need expedited shipping? Email us at hello@memorymagnetsco.com — we are happy to work with you!

Magnet Making Kits & Materials: Most orders ship within one week. Shipping times vary between 3 and 45 days. Please double check your shipping time at checkout before placing your order.

Our Warehouses

We have warehouses located all around the world. If we are currently out of stock in our nearest warehouse, we will ship from the next closest one — which can occasionally be international. This will always be the fastest way to get your order to you.

If your order is being shipped from one of our warehouses outside of the U.S., you may receive a tracking number that will only update once it arrives to our U.S. courier. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

Tracking Your Order

An automated email with your tracking number will be sent to the email provided as soon as your order ships.

Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see it in your main inbox.

If you ordered multiple items or kits, you may receive them in separate packages. All tracking numbers will be provided.

Updating Your Shipping Address

Need to make a change to your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@memorymagnetsco.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to update it for you.
