How do I track my order?
Orders typically take just a few days to process. Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated tracking email. Please check your junk folder if you do not see it. You can also email us with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — if your order has not yet shipped we can update it for you. Please email us as soon as possible at hello@memorymagnetsco.com.
What is your return policy?
Custom photo magnets are made to order but if you are not completely satisfied we will always make it right. Magnet making kits and supplies are final sale. Email us and we will help.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location and can range from 3 to 45 days. Please check your shipping estimate at checkout. All orders include tracking.
My machine is not working correctly. What do I do?
All our machines come with a Lifetime Warranty. Email us at hello@memorymagnetsco.com with photos or a short video of the issue and we will troubleshoot with you right away.
Why isn't my tracking number updating?
If you chose sea shipping at checkout, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on the boat. However, your tracking number will not update until your shipment arrives on land. This is typically 20-40 days. If you have any questions please email us!
