If you are a customer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, email hello@memorymagnetsco.com with your full name, your order number, the date you received the order, and which items you are withdrawing from. We will confirm your request by email within one business day and send you return instructions.

You then have 14 days to send the items back. Once we receive them, or proof that you have sent them, we refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery, within 14 days and to the same payment method you used to order.
