1. Order Processing

Custom Magnet Orders: 2–5 business days. If you need expedited shipping or a specific delivery date, email us at hello@memorymagnetsco.com.

Magnet Making Kits & Materials: Typically ship within one week. Lead times may vary depending on order volume.

Orders may ship from different warehouses to ensure the fastest delivery. Some shipments may come from international locations.

2. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location: 3–30 days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. For shipments by boat, tracking may not update until the package is on land.

Multiple packages may be sent for single orders; all tracking numbers will be provided.

If you need to update your shipping info, contact us ASAP—orders not yet shipped can be updated.

3. Refund Policy

Custom Photo Magnets: Made-to-order. Refunds are only provided if you are not satisfied. Contact us and we'll make it right.

Machine Kits & Refill Supplies: All sales are final. No returns or refunds.

4. Damages & Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Contact us at hello@memorymagnetsco.com for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We'll resolve the issue promptly.

5. Lifetime Warranty (Machines)

Coverage: Lifetime warranty for manual press machines and paper cutters against manufacturing defects.

Exclusions: Normal wear, misuse, non-Memory Magnets materials, or unauthorized repairs.

Claims: Email hello@memorymagnetsco.com with pictures/videos for troubleshooting. Shipping fees may apply for repairs/replacements.
