In those early months, a couple of people asked if they could buy a machine from me. The machine I was using at the time only had about a 50% success rate — which meant I was wasting a lot of materials. I knew there had to be a better way.
I became determined to create a machine that was reliable, efficient, and something others would truly enjoy using. I began working with a contract manufacturer and was able to design a machine that did exactly what I envisioned.
Once I was confident in it, we launched our own equipment — and the response has been incredible.
