Our family dog passed away and I ordered 9 magnets. They accidentally only sent 8, so I let them know. They responded saying they were so sorry and would send me the 9th one and 3 more! They were very prompt and apologetic about it. The magnets are great quality and my kids love having them on the fridge to see our sweet pup every day. I willl definitely order again.
I ordered a set of 2.5 x 2.5 magnets for my parents and my MIL for Christmas. They loved them! My MIL said these were the best gift. She loves that she gets to display her grandchildren on her fridge where she can see them everyday.
