Since day 1, Memory Magnets Co has been beyond friendly and helpful. I have asked tons of questions and they have always answered quickly and fully! From recommending what paper to use to introducing me to a website designer, I have been supported all along, and I didnt even have to buy a crazy expensive magnet making course. This machine met all of my expectations, from ordering to delivery she updated me with progress on shipping and tracking and made sure everything got to me on anticipated arrival. I simply ordered from her because I knew she would be there to support me had I any questions during the learning process and she has been nothing but helpful on my journey! We purchased the 2x2” magnet making kit - and they did such a great job of communicating the process time and reaching out once it was available for pick up. Machine works as advertised and arrived well packaged. I appreciate their kindness and warmth when allowing space for others to join the market.
