The quality of the machine is great. It works well and I have not had any issues with it. It is heavy and durable. The packaging is very secure and you know that all the pieces are protected. It does take a while to arrive but was easy to use. I was able to get started making magnets right away without delay once everything arrived.

Very pleased with my new machine. I have to admit there was an issue with the machine that I was initially sent, but the team at Memory Magnets Co were very helpful in reassuring me that we would get it sorted & when it sadly proved impossible to fix, getting a new machine sent as soon as possible.

I've had a couple of questions and they were quick to respond and were very helpful. I would 100% recommend!!
Once I received the machine, it was relatively easy to learn how to operate. There are no instructions, so I watched many videos to glean how it is used. It came with everything as described. The die cutter and template are easy to use and accurate. This machine is wicked heavy, though, so make sure you have a sturdy place to use it. Once you have it set up, have fun! I practiced a few and messed up, but learned that I have to have accuracy when placing the cardboard on the magnet. If it off, the magnet will be off. I am hoping to create a jig that will help me to place them properly. Also, you have to make sure you only have one film! The first magnet I made, I accidentally grabbed four. I was none the wiser until I took the magnet out. LOL That is user error. Anyway, this machine is a lot of fun! Thanks!
